The Good Sleep Retreat
We are thrilled to announce that we will be running the Good Sleep Retreat at Ockenden Spa in the East Sussex countryside this year.
With a focus on evidence based sleep advice the retreat offers a combination of clinical expertise aimed at addressing your individual sleep difficulties and a whole host of activities and experiences aimed at improving sleep over 2 nights and 3 days.
It has been a few weeks since the Good Sleep Retreat and I’ve found myself in a rhythm of consistent seven-hour nights, with significantly less wake-ups
I felt significantly lighter and more optimistic as I left
The combination of understanding how sleep works, learning coping strategies for when we find it tricky, the sessions of activity and the scope for relaxation add up to something I find very useful and helpful
