The Good Sleep Retreat

We are thrilled to announce that we will be running the Good Sleep Retreat at Ockenden Spa in the East Sussex countryside this year.

With a focus on evidence based sleep advice the retreat offers a combination of clinical expertise aimed at addressing your individual sleep difficulties and a whole host of activities and experiences aimed at improving sleep over 2 nights and 3 days.

1-2-1 in-depth assessment & consultation with me
2hr group sleep workshop & introduction to the science of sleep
Breathwork session
Dreamy isopod floatation session
Energising guided walk through the Sussex countryside
Relaxing yoga session

It has been a few weeks since the Good Sleep Retreat and I’ve found myself in a rhythm of consistent seven-hour nights, with significantly less wake-ups
