At The Good Sleep Clinic, we are aware of the impact of sleep deprivation on the overall health and well-being of the workforce. Approximately one third of the population suffer from Insomnia which can affect health and mental health dramatically. We work with companies who are keen to look after the health and well-being of their employees.

We provide interactive and engaging workshops where we combine psychoeducation with real techniques and strategies for change and we receive excellent feedback. Employee Sleep Support

In addition to workshops, we offer ongoing employee sleep support. These occur more frequently than workshops – usually on a monthly basis and can either be on an individual basis or in small groups. Within these support sessions we offer more focused support to work closely on improving sleep for employees. These are usually for individuals who have struggled more with their sleep and who could benefit from some ongoing support and techniques in a smaller group or one-to-one setting.
